Common causes for no valid duty candidates
Pref group route group- if you're using pref groups and assign specific route groups for them to operate, check if you are missing routes in that group.
Duty types - duty types are set up incorrectly, a common cause is having a too strict duty types definition that doesn’t allow acceptable duties.
Go to preference window, under "Duty types", if you're using pref groups verify you are looking at the duty types instance relevant for the certain pref group, and verify that the duty types start\end time, work\spread time etc. are set up correctly.
E.g. having your Straight AM (or “Early'') duty type allowed to work 8- 8.5 hours because you aim for a certain "paid time" average, duties of 7 hours are also acceptable but are denied as invalid.
Contradictions between duty types and work\time limitations- verify the work\paid\spread time upper limits are not contradicting to the "Work limitation" and "Time limitation" preferences:
4. Taxi catalog -
Wrong taxi catalog is used which doesn't match the stop ids or places ids
Missing taxis that are needed for "Driver base" preference, which causes all duties to be invalid (another case can be wrong stops\places selected in "Driver base" preference).
5. Breaks preference- maximum time without a break is set very short (e.g. every 1h a driver needs a break).
