Assign Times for Changeover (Relief Timing)

​Changeover is an event where one driver gets off the bus and another driver gets on.

There are some definitions you can set for the changeover in the Driver Changeover Vehicle preference, for example- max changeovers in duty, when the changeover could be assigned, etc.

In this article, you will learn how to specify how many minutes to allow for drivers to get off the vehicle after arrival or on the vehicle before departure.

How to use this

  1. Go to the relief timing preference

  2. View options from the relief time drop-down menu

  3. Select “after arrival & on departure” to define a set number of minutes for the relieved driver to get off the vehicle after arrival. The vehicle will be left unattended, and the relieving driver will get on the vehicle at the time of departure.

  4. Select “on arrival & before departure” to define a set number of minutes for the relieving driver to get on the vehicle before departure. The vehicle will be unattended, as the relieved driver will get off the vehicle on arrival.
