Relief point is the place where you can allow the drivers to get on or off of a vehicle (i.e. cut vehicles into duty work pieces).
To view the Relief Points preference:
Click on the preferences icon on the top menu bar of your schedule.
Search for Relief points as shown below:
3. Once you see the Relief Points preference on your preference window, hover over the button and click on New Relief Point as shown below:
This is where you can define which relief points you can allow to cut the vehicles.
The relief points in the timeplan’s Route tab when you click on a stop are the possible places for the driver to be relieved. These are defined either on the terminal stop or mid route as shown below:
