This article lists duty preferences available in the system in the recommended order of going through them. Each item in the list contains a link to the article about the preference. The preferences in bold are mandatory. These can also be used as a pre-optimization checklist.

Prerequisites

You need to have the vehicle schedule set up before you start setting up duties. During vehicle scheduling, you may have used some preferences. If you are starting the schedule fresh, you will need the following preferences:
