Potential Issue
Pre and/or post trip missing
Pre and/or post trip events are missing from vehicles/duties
Solutions
Revise events
Revise pre/post trips to see if this introduces the pre/post trip time to the vehicles/duties.
Locked vehicles/Duties
If revise events hasn’t corrected the validation issue, check if any vehicles or duties are locked. Unlock them, revise events and see if this fixes the issue. If so, lock the vehicles/duties after the pre/post trip time has been added.
Wrong preference setup
If some vehicles/duties still do not display pre/post trip time, check the preference set up. Check for if pre/post trip has been added for specific depots, routes or times of the day.
