Instead of determining each preference one by one for each new project, you can create a set of preferences that will save all your defined preferences, then you can re-use it in other schedules.
To create a set of preferences determining your rules for vehicles, drivers, depots, etc., start by clicking on the preferences button at the top of the screen:
At the preferences pop-up window, click "Save As" to create a new preference set.
You will be asked to enter the following details in order to save the set:
Name: Enter the name you want to give to this preference set
Description: Enter a description of the set (this is an optional field)
