S-123-V1-EN
You can manually change the vehicle IDs in your schedule (rename vehicles) as needed, either one vehicle ID at a time or by auto-generating multiple IDs at once. (Note: You can also Set vehicle ID preferences.)
Change one vehicle ID at a time
Go to the vehicle scheduling tab at the top right of the schedule.
Click on a vehicle ID number on the left of the schedule, in the column labeled "ID."
To edit the vehicle ID, click "Edit" at the bottom of the pop-up window (if you're not in manual editing mode).
Alternatively, click on the pencil icon to activate manual editing and then click the vehicle ID number. The ID details in the pop-up window will be editable.
Type the new vehicle ID in place of the existing number. Click Save on the pop-up window to approve the change.
Click Save on the schedule itself to save the schedule with the change(s) you made.
Change multiple vehicle IDs at the same time
You can also change multiple vehicle IDs at the same time, by auto-generating vehicle IDs.
Check the boxes next to the vehicle IDs you want to change. Click the lightning icon to use a vehicle ID generator to change the IDs of the selected vehicles.
nter the vehicle ID number you'd like to start from in the "Start from" box. The "Increment" box shows the spread between IDs, so if you want the numbers to be consecutive, you would choose "1," if you want them to skip a number you would choose "2," etc.
Click "Generate" at the bottom of the pop-up window. If the vehicle IDs you are attempting to rename will cause conflict with existing vehicle IDs, you will be shown a message stating that existing IDs will have an "a" added to the end (i.e. "1" will be changed to "1a").
Note that the most recent changes will be marked in orange:
