The Gantt Filter allows you to define which trips to view in your vehicle or duty schedules. Use filters and filter groups to display only the relevant data in the Gantt.

Each tab (Vehicle or Crew Schedule) has different property options, so make sure you're on the correct one before setting up your filter.

Configuring the Gantt filter

  1. Click Filter at the top-left corner of the Gantt.

  2. From the dropdown, select a Property to define your filter criteria.

  3. Enter the required details for each property in the Value field.

  4. Click +Filter to add further conditions.

  5. When your filter includes more than one property, you must select either And or Or at the top of the window.

    • And: The filter results will include only trips in the Gantt that meet all of the specified conditions.

    • Or: The filter results will include any trips in the Gantt that meet at least one of the specified conditions.

  6. Select +Filter Group to create a group of two or more sets of conditions for the filter results

Note: For each filter group, select the And/Or option to specify whether all or any conditions within that group must be met. Also, remember to choose the And/Or option at the top to determine which overall results are displayed.

  1. To delete a condition, click on the trash bin next to the property you want to remove

  2. To clear all filters, select Clear all filters at the top

  3. Click Apply to confirm and apply your filter settings

Note: The Apply button will remain disabled until all required fields have been filled out.

Viewing Gantt filters

After applying the filters, a blue dot will appear on the Filter button to indicate that a filter is active. The Clear all filters button will also appear next to it, allowing you to instantly remove all filters at once.

In the Gantt, only trips that meet the specified conditions will be displayed.

Filtering icons will be added to the bottom of the page, showing how many trips, vehicles, or duties meet the filtering rules.
