The Relief vehicle schedule tab shows your relief vehicles and their assignments in a Gantt view. It also contains a KPI dashboard with some relevant metrics, a validation panel, and other tools listed in this article.

KPI panel

The KPI dashboard at the top of the page sums up the results of your schedule and shows important metrics for you to understand its efficiency. Some of those metrics are also relevant for relief vehicles. You can learn more about the dashboard in this article.

Relief vehicle Gantt

In the center of the screen, you can see a Gantt chart. Each row represents a relief vehicle and what tasks it performs throughout the day.

Click on an event in the Gantt to see its details.

  • Type

  • From and To locations

  • Start and end time

  • Total time and distance

You can select multiple events in one row by holding the SHIFT key and clicking on the first and last event you want to select.

Depending on the type of the event, you also move, swap, or delete them.

  1. Click on the trip and click Move in the bottom-right corner of the popup.

  2. You will see all the potential new spots for this trip highlighted in the Gantt.

  3. Choose a spot and click on it, then click Drop Here in the popup.

To move a trip to a new row, thereby creating a new relief vehicle, follow these steps:

  2. Click Move to new row.

Swapping trips between vehicles

To quickly make trips swap places in the Gantt, follow the steps below:

  1. Right-click a trip.

  2. Click Swap.
