You can have some vehicle and duty data from your schedules displayed in your timeplan. Here are the columns you can add to your timetable that will pull information from the selected schedule.
Vehicle columns:
Vehicle ID
Pre-layover
Post-layover
Duty columns:
Duty ID
Pre-layover
Post-layover
Previous event
Next event
To add them, follow the steps below:
Open your timeplan. If you are currently in Scheduling, you can open the burger menu and click Linked Timeplan. This will take you to the timetable associated with the current schedule.
In the Timetable tab, open the column manager by clicking on the grid icon on the left.
Pick the columns that you want to add to the table. Here is the list of columns that display information from your schedule:
Duty ID - the ID of the duty that includes the trip;
Post-L/O (D) - layover time after the trip (according to the Duty schedule);
Pre-L/O (D) - layover time before the trip (according to the Duty schedule);
Pre-event (D) - the event preceding the trip;
Post-event (D) - the event following the trip;
Vehicle ID - the ID of the vehicle operating on the trip;
Post-L/O (VEH) - layover time after the trip (according to the Vehicle schedule);
Pre-L/O (VEH) - layover time before the trip (according to the Vehicle schedule).
Click Apply.
You will see a link icon appear above the table - this is where you can link a dataset and a schedule to your timetable. Click on the icon, select a dataset and a schedule, then click Apply.
Note: in the drop-down list, you will only see the datasets that are linked to your current timeplan.
To ensure a successful link, the selected schedule must be synced. Otherwise, the icon will display an error and the added columns will not work:Once a schedule is properly linked, the icon turns blue:
Click the Refresh button above the timetable:
You will see the added columns displaying data from the linked schedule:
