The Multiple Calendars feature lets you have multiple service configurations set up in parallel and switch between them when needed. This eliminates the need to manually add and remove services when testing different scenarios. It also helps with managing multiple depots or preparing tenders.
Configuring your calendar
Click the menu
in the upper-left corner, and select the Calendar tab.In the left sidebar, under Calendars, click +Add.
Fill in the following fields:
Name – Enter a name for the calendar.
Color – Select a color for quick identification.
Description (optional) – Add a brief description if needed.
Click Create. The new calendar will be added to the left sidebar and displayed with the selected color.
Add a service
If you have more than one calendar, you can choose which one to add a service to. This way you can create multiple calendars with different service setups.
Click on a date in the calendar where you want to add a service.
In the right sidebar, click +Add Service.
Choose the repetition type for the service:
Don’t repeat - The service will apply only to the selected date.
Repeat weekly - Select an end date. The service will repeat on the same weekday until the end date.
From the dropdown, choose a calendar to apply the service to. Only calendars you have previously created will be available in the list.

Managing Multiple Calendars
Calendars can be enabled or disabled using the checkboxes on the left sidebar. When more than one enabled calendar includes services on the same day, all of them will appear in the schedule.
You can also export different service setups without removing and adding services. Simply enable the calendars you want to include in the export and disable the rest.
Switching between calendars will be reflected in the calendar KPI dashboard: enabled calendars will be included in the calculations, while disabled ones will not. Learn more about calendar KPIs in this article.
